precise method of building homes. it is cleaner, not subjected to weather and far more supervised. Free spirited,

young building tradesmen, work a lot better in the controlled environment of the high tech plant, than they do moving

from job site to job site out on the road, in the wind, cold, and or heat. they also have the advantages of access to

modern equipment and facilities that just aren't available or cost efficient to use out in the field.

The differences between modular homes and manufactured homes are more subtle than the differences between

both and jobsite built housing. the meaningful difference is that more residential land in the United States is available to

modular homes. Modular home, like site constructed homes are built to the same Local Building Code requirements, but
